    Summary: EPA is revising its 2023 Technology Transitions Rule (88 FR 73098) for the phasedown of HFCs to extend compliance dates for certain types of industrial process refrigeration equipment, expand exemptions for certain refrigerated transport intermodal containers, and remove the installation deadline for certain air conditioning and heat pump systems that were domestically manufactured or imported into the United States before January 1, 2025.[Full Text – 91 FR 31284]
