New Dashboard Views Provide Insights into CAPA Performance by Role

Tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions is critical to EHS compliance and performance management. While Dakota’s ProActivity Suite has always allowed users to create their own Action Item dashboards, the 11.5 release features predefined dashboards and reports that offer insights into Tracer Tasks and Corrective Actions.

To help users find the information most valuable to their role, the new Tracer Dashboards are grouped into the following Views:

  • My Action Items – Focuses on review of the Action Items where the logged in user is the Responsible Person. This View will help users see what needs to be completed within the week/month, providing a list of items with upcoming due dates in addition to allowing the user to review items already overdue.
  • Action Item Overview – This View provides data visualization related to forecasting workloads and recent Action Item statuses. It offers statistical data related to Tasks and Corrected Actions across your organization.
  • Past Due Analysis – Offers EHS managers a look at how well their teams are completing assigned Action Items by the specified deadlines. It also presents visualizations for Overdue Action Items and Performance by Priority.
  • Corporate Analysis – This View provides charts that can be added to presentations for executives to see how well the company is performing at Facility, Region, or Business Unit levels. The Items by Role shows workload responsibility for Proactivity Profiler Tasks and the Items by Domain chart shows, at a high level, what Audit Domains are generating the most red flags / follow up tasks.

Version 11.5 also offers updated layouts and workflow for a number of Tracer reports, including:

  • Action and Tasks Report – Generate summary information about tasks in an easy-to-digest layout with the ability to export to PDF.
  • Completion Scorecard – Scorecards can now be run for individuals, facilities, regions or business units.
  • Past Due Actions and Tasks – A new report giving you multiple ways to slice information regarding past due Tracer Items. Multiple layout and export options available.
