Reasonable Suspicion Drug and Alcohol Testing for Managers and Supervisors

Federal law specifies several situations in which motor carrier employees who perform “safety-sensitive” duties, such as drivers, are required to undergo drug or alcohol testing. One of these is when there is a “reasonable suspicion” that they may be “under the influence”. This course discusses the concept of “reasonable suspicion” and covers the following topics:
