GHS Safety Data Sheets in the Laboratory

This 30 minute course presents fundamental information on GHS Safety Data Sheets in the Laboratory. Upon completing the course, employees should:
- Know why OSHA is incorporating GHS Safety Data Sheets into the Hazard Communication Standard.
- Understand why GHS Safety Data Sheets are a valuable tool and why they are replacing Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Recognize the differences between GHS Safety Data Sheets and MSDS's.
- Be able to describe what type of information is found in each section of a GHS Safety Data Sheet.
