Laboratory Ergonomics

This 30 minute course discusses how ergonomics affect the work that is performed in laboratories and techniques that can be used to avoid ergonomic injuries that can occur in labs. Upon completing this course, employees should:
- Be able to customize their work areas to help avoid ergonomic injuries.
- Know techniques that can be used to avoid undue strain on their bodies.
- Understand the correct ways to lift items so that they can help to avoid ergonomic problems.
