This 30 minute course presents fundamental information for employees on preventing workplace discrimination. Upon completing the course, employees should:
- Understand laws and workplace policies that have been established to prevent discrimination in employment.
- Understand what types of behavior are considered to be discriminatory.
- Know how to respond to discriminatory behavior.
- Know what procedures to follow when reporting discrimination.
