Heat Stress in Construction Environments

This 30 minute course presents fundamental information for employees on heat stress in construction environments. Upon completing the course, employees should:
- Understand the health hazards that are associated with working in hot conditions on a job site.
- Be able to recognize the symptoms of heat-related illnesses.
- Know how to assist a person who is suffering from a heat-related illness.
- Know the equipment and safe practices they should use to work safely in hot environments.
