This 45 minute course presents fundamental information on working safely with scissor lifts in industrial and construction environments. Upon completing the course, employees should:
- Understand the hazards associated with scissor lifts and how to avoid them.
- Know the types of inspections that should be made before using a scissor lift.
- Know the proper way to set up and operate a scissor lift.
- Understand how to work safely on the ground near a scissor lift.
