DOT HAZMAT Safety Training

This 45 minute course presents fundamental information required by the DOT HAZMAT Safety Training regulations. Upon completing the course, employees should:
- Understand the types of hazards that are associated with transporting hazardous materials.
- Understand the safety requirements that have been established by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for shipping HAZMATs.
- Know the policies and safe work procedures that should be used to safely ship, receive and store hazardous materials.
- Know how to respond to emergencies involving HAZMATs.
