Diversity in the Workplace... for Managers and Supervisors

This 30 minute course presents fundamental information for managers and supervisors on diversity in the workplace. Upon completing the course, managers and supervisors should:
- Understand the benefits that increasing diversity can bring to businesses and the people who work for them.
- Know the obstacles that can prevent people and organizations from embracing diversity.
- Understand how to make a personal commitment to diversity.
- Know policies and procedures you can follow to promote diversity within your department.
