Computer Workstation Safety

This 30 minute course presents fundamental information on computer workstation safety. Upon completing the course, employees should:
- Understand ways they could be injured working at a computer.
- Know how to adjust their workstation and work habits to prevent injury.
- Be able to perform exercises to relieve mental and physical stress and strain.
