Accident Investigation

This 30 minute course presents fundamental information on accident investigation. Upon completing the course, employees should:
- Understand how accident investigations help to create a safe workplace.
- Know how you can participate effectively in the accident investigation process.
- Understand the role that "Root Cause Analysis" plays in an accident investigation.
- Know how to respond to a workplace incident.
