Dakota Software Recognized for “Bulletproof EHS Compliance” Solution by Independent Analyst Firm
Dakota Software announced today that it was recognized in Verdantix’s Green Quadrant Research Report for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Software, ranking highly in the areas of EHS compliance, air emissions, and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) management. The report, which provides a detailed fact-based comparison of the most prominent EHS software vendors, states “Dakota is likely the best EHS software firm to establish and maintain full compliance” for organizations in high-risk regulatory environments.
The report identifies Dakota’s unique combination of in-house regulatory content and site profiles as a key differentiator and a “bulletproof” method for managing EHS compliance. Dakota’s robust EHS auditing platform scored a 2.7/3.0, the highest score in that category. Additionally, Dakota scored in the top 20% of all vendors for air emissions and GHG management, noting the “impressive processing power” of the air calculation engine and “automatic visibility” into background calculations.
“We are pleased to be recognized as an Environment and Sustainability leader by Verdantix,” said Reg Shiverick, President of Dakota Software. “Our philosophy has always been that compliance must be the foundation of a successful EHS management program. Over the past few decades, we’ve seen competitors come and go as they shift their focus toward the current EHS management trends. While we’ve expanded our product offering over the years, our commitment to a compliance-based approach has been steadfast. The result is hundreds of clients leveraging our platform to ensure compliance, safeguard their operations, and achieve long-term corporate sustainability goals.”
