Tracer Action Item Details Now Visible in Related Scout Items

Dakota’s Scout platform is used for managing a wide range of EHS activities and processes including Incident Management, Management of Change (MOC), and Waste Management. These programs often involve initiating Corrective Actions, which are then tracked to closure in Dakota Tracer. A recent enhancement to Scout now provides visibility into details of the linked Action Items directly from the Scout items they are related to.

Previously, when a ProActivity user created a Corrective Action from Scout, a link to the Action Item was created dispalying the #ID. Going forward, a grid view will also display the following fields from the Action Item:

Title (Action Item Label or Action Plan or Finding)
Responsible Person
Due Date
Status

These details provide an at-a-glance view into the purpose of the action, the responsible person(s), the due date, and the current status. These details are especially helpful when there are multiple Action Items associated with one Scout Item.
