This 30 minute course presents fundamental information for managers and supervisors on preventing workplace discrimination. Upon completing the course, managers and supervisors should:
- Understand the laws and company policies that have been established to prevent discrimination in employment.
- Understand what types of workplace behavior are considered to be discriminatory.
- Know what procedures to follow to prevent discrimination in your department.
- Know how to receive, investigate and resolve reports of workplace discrimination.
