Diversity in the Workplace... for Employees

This 30 minute course presents fundamental information for employees on diversity in the workplace. Upon completing the course, employees should:
- Understand the impact that diversity is having around the world.
- Know the benefits that diversity can bring to employees and to businesses.
- Understand the obstacles that can interfere with the acceptance of diversity in the workplace.
- Know what you can do to support diversity in your workplace.
