Dealing with Drug & Alcohol Abuse for Managers and Supervisors in Construction Environments

This 30 minute course presents fundamental information for managers and supervisors on dealing with drug and alcohol abuse in the construction industry. Upon completing the course, they should:
- Understand how substance abuse can harm a construction business and increase hazards on a worksite.
- Understand policies and procedures that can help create a drug and alcohol-free worksite.
- Know how to implement these policies and procedures.
- Know how to recognize and respond to on-the-job substance abuse.
