Back Safety in Office Environments

This 30 minute course presents fundamental information on back safety in office environments. Upon completing the course, employees should:
- Understand the structure of the back and how it works.
- Understand the back hazards that they can encounter in an office environment.
- Know safe practices that they can use to avoid injuring their back.
