When Veolia ES Technical Solutions, a global environmental services company offering hazardous and non-hazardous waste services, made the decision to pursue a higher standard of corporate responsibility they didn’t have to look far for a solution.

A Dakota customer since 2001, Veolia had been using Dakota’s software solutions for managing corporate audits and corrective actions. Because they had years of regulatory audit data stored, replacing their legacy system with Dakota Profiler was easy and the switch enabled them to implement the proactive compliance approach they desired.

Using Profiler, Veolia built regulatory compliance profiles for each facility. These profiles included regulatory content and activity monitoring, documented task completion, task details, and due date prompting that ensured compliance related tasks were completed as required. This integrated solution provided structure and consistency for overseeing daily activities and shifted their environmental focus from reactive to proactive.
