The Ohio Chemistry Technology Council (OCTC) is the leading advocate for Ohio’s chemical technology industry — the state’s second-largest manufacturing sector and the sixth-largest in the nation. The OCTC Legislative Reception, a long-standing Ohio Statehouse tradition, is widely attended by legislators and key staff members. This year's conference features a wide range of strategic sessions, including environmental regulations, cyber security, microplastics, and energy policy.
