Summary: EPA is amending the data submission period for the perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) reporting rule due to constraints on the timely development and testing of software for collecting the information. The updated data submission period begins on April 13, 2026, and ends on October 13, 2026, with an alternate end date of April 13, 2027 for small manufacturers reporting exclusively as article importers.
