At Dakota Software, we have integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) into many of our internal processes and encourage all employees to leverage it to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively. Our first public-facing AI initiative was on our website, where visitors can now use our AI-powered “Dakota Bot” to ask questions about EHS and ESG best practices and trends from our blog.
In pursuit of our mission to be “vital to the day-to-day needs of the global EHS community,” we’re excited to announce our latest AI initiative: AI Assist. AI Assist helps our clients get answers to their product-related questions without having to navigate the Help System.
Accessible from ProActivity’s top menu bar, AI Assist can provide step-by-step instructions for basic product workflows, such as adding a user to the system, or more complex ones, like exploring injury data to identify safety trends. It also offers the following benefits:
