EPA Extends PDF Filing Period for Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS) Electronic Reports

Action Forcing Change Summary
EPA is extending the end date of the period during which certain MATS electronic reports may be submitted as portable document format (PDF) files using the Emissions Collection and Monitoring Plan System (ECMPS) Client Tool from June 30, 2018, until July 1, 2020. This final rule allows EPA additional time to develop the electronic reporting system that will be used when PDF filing is no longer allowed.
