Announcing Dakota Software's Annual User Conference & Forum

It’s never too early to start planning your must-attend EHS events for the upcoming year. So trust me (and 100’s of other attendees) when I say, Dakota Software’s Annual User Conference & Forum should be at the top of your list! Mark your calendars for September 13-15, 2017 as this is an event that ProActivity Suite users look forward to from year-to-year.

What is Dakota’s Annual Conference and Forum?

For almost 30 years, Dakota has hosted an event for ProActivity Suite users, and it has embodied the same primary principles from the beginning: to help users get the most out of the software and return with tangible strategies for improving EHS compliance and performance. To do this, we have created a conference and forum for EHS professionals to network, share challenges and successes, learn about Dakota's newest and upcoming product features and applications, and the ability to offer feedback to Dakota's product development and services leaders. By Friday, you will leave with industry-approved strategies to capitalize on your current projects and fresh ideas for future endeavors.

"It's a big brainstorming event in my opinion," stated Scott Drury, Environmental Professional at Mississippi Lime. “It’s great to get that one-on-one experience with Dakota reps to get ideas flowing. In addition, some of the ideas we heard last year from other companies, we’ve implemented.”

The Training

Wednesday and Friday of the conference are dedicated to putting the power of the ProActivity Suite in your hands. Training courses are taught by industry and product experts to better help you utilize the software, including innovative solutions and best practices. With 3 tracks available there is sure to be something for everyone, beginners to experts alike. If you have been to the conference before and would like to offer training topic suggestions, we would love to hear them! Hit us up here and let us know what YOU want to learn about.

The Venue

If you weren’t excited before, you will be now! This three-day event will take place at the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the Las Vegas strip where you are surrounded by world-renounced dining, jaw-dropping performances, and so much more! The Cosmopolitan offers residential-styled living spaces with private terraces and a breathtaking skyline. Plus, with a discounted hotel room rate extended through the weekend, there’s plenty of you-time available. Not too shabby for a “work” trip, huh?

The Food

I can’t stress enough about the amazing food. With almost all of your meals included in the conference ticket cost, you get the world-class cuisine at a fraction of the price. Review what’s included below:

  • Day 1: Lunch and Dinner
  • Day 2: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (poolside)
  • Day 3: Breakfast

We will also have coffee, water, snacks, etc. available the duration of the conference.

The Swag

Did you think you would go home empty handed? Oh no! You’ll receive plenty of items to share with your colleagues. Better yet, bring your colleagues with you so you don’t have to share (it’s really good stuff, you won’t want to give it away).
