EPA Proposes Amendments to the NESHAP for Miscellaneous Organic Chemical Manufacturing

Proposed Rule Change
Summary: EPA is proposing amendments to the NESHAP for Miscellaneous Organic Chemical Manufacturing, including degassing of floating roof storage vessels, adsorber work practices, and that the leak monitoring requirements for heat exchange systems may be used in limited instances instead of using the Modified El Paso Method to monitor for leaks. In addition, the EPA is proposing technical clarifications on electronic reporting requirements and typographical corrections.
