New Tracer Dashboards Available

With the recent rollout of the ProActivity Home Screen, gaining insight into your organization's EHS KPI’s became easier than ever. While users have always had the ability to build their own custom dashboards, the addition of the Home Screen has sparked renewed interest in ProActivity’s Dashboard Views and Parametric Filtering features.

To help users jumpstart their usage of the Home Screen, Dakota is releasing a number of new ‘out-of-the-box’ Tracer dashboards. They are designed to provide users and managers with insight into their task management performance, and each one is favoritable to your Home Screen. Here is an outline of these new dashboards:

  • Task Forecast: This dashboard pod provides a monthly snapsot of your organization's completed, open, and overdue tasks. Provided in a stacked column chart, you can now easily see if your team is falling behind on compliance tasks.

  • Performance: This Grid view shows every level of the organization’s performance on their actions. Viewing only tasks coming from Profiler, findings coming from Auditor, Tracer, Scout, or Metrics, or all actions, you can now see how each site compares to another. There are 7 columns that display total actions at that level and then the percentage of that amount that is completed on-time, completed overdue, open, open but overdue, closed but no date corrected, and no due date specified.

  • Performance by Priority: Displaying performance statistics in a stacked bar chart, it overlays the performance based on the priorities being utilized within the database. As an example, users can see how many actions are being completed on time versus past their due date for all High Priority, Medium Priority, or Low Priority tasks.

Coming Soon...

  • TRIR/DART: If you are utilizing Scout to capture incident information and Metrics to capture hours worked and headcount information, you will soon be able to view your incident rates in a dashboard format. The dashboard will display each data point in a line graph to gain better insight into trends and compare actuals versus goals set for your organization.
