New Action Forcing Change Summary
PHMSA has issued an advisory bulletin reminding owners and operators of hazardous liquid, carbon dioxide, and gas pipelines to ensure the integrity of their pipelines which are both buried and insulated to prevent and mitigate the breach of integrity, leaks, and failures of their pipeline facilities.
