Summary: EPA is publishing a final decision on the issues granted reconsideration on January 21, 2015 (80 FR 3090) for the NESHAP for industrial, commercial, and institutional boilers and process heaters at major sources (40 CFR 63, Subpart DDDDD). The amendments include technical corrections and clarifications to correct errors in the final rule as well as correct typographical errors.
