Dakota Auditor V.7.4 Includes Regulatory Updates

February 4, 2009---Rochester, NY--- Dakota announces the release of Dakota Auditor Reference Database Version 7.4.

Three major highlights of regulatory changes include: EPA"s reorganized General Permit intended to distinguish effluent limitations from the requirements related to the development of the storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP); amended pipeline safety regulations which allow for an increase of maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) over that currently allowed; and the final rule requiring rail transporters of HW to annually compile and analyze data in support of safety and security assessments and routing decisions.

Dakota’s International Protocol collection, authored by ENHESA-EPC, now includes the Netherlands and an updated version of Brazil’s Federal regulations.
